Hanze Honours Society

Dear members,

The board of the Hanze Honours Society would like to remind you of the first General Meeting of the year. The meeting will take place on the 28th of October. The doors are open at 20:00 and the meeting will start at 20:15. The meeting will be finished at 22:00. It will be held at the Honours Room: Zernikeplein 11, 9747 AS Groningen (H0.100). As member you get the opportunity to voice your opinions. During the meeting, the change of the board will take place.

If you are unable to attend, you can empower someone else to vote for you. Please send an email to the secretary of the board (secretary@hanzehs.nl) if you wish to do so and let us know who will vote for you or let one of the members of the board know.

During the meeting we will discuss the annual report of the board year 2018-2019 and the general policy plan for board year 2019-2020. You can find these documents, the agenda, and the minutes of last general meeting in the attachments in your email. Please read everything in advance and prepare questions if wanted. Questions about layout or spelling can be sent per mail.

The agenda will be printed for you. If you like to have any other documents printed let us know in advance.
